Input of parameters could be simpler but overall is a great tool. To the reviewers complaining about the app not supporting frozen food, think about what this app claims to do. It predicts the temperature profile based on type of and mass and shape of the meat using a model. Frozen/solid material has to be heated to transition from solid to liquid. This amount of heat, heat of fusion, must be applied before the temperature changes. If the app tried to model this, it would have to assume that the meat was totally frozen to properly estimate the time/water temperature to cross into liquid state for the existing model to work. If meat isnt completely frozen, the estimates would be way off, which would result in real negative reviews! App does what is reasonable even if not meeting the unrealistic expectations of some reviewers.
